Cellar Wines opened in December 2015 in a historic 15th century building on Ripley’s High Street in the heart of Surrey. Our boutique offers fine wines, spirits and a gourmet delicatessen, as well as being a thriving artisan hub with special events, guest wine educators and an expansive selection of fine wines from around the world.
The Old Cellar is a building steeped in history and even has a prestigious blue plaque outside. When it was a pharmacy during the Second World War, penicillin was first produced and manufactured here for civilian use by pharmacist Kenneth White. It is a building full of character, making it the ideal setting for enjoying a glass of wine and cheeseboard or for being entertained at one of our many themed events.
The emphasis is on quality as well as value for money, and we have a team of passionate wine and delicatessen experts on hand to advise you carefully on your choices. We source wine and food from smaller, quality conscious producers who often don’t produce large quantities, therefore our range is ever evolving and we are constantly introducing exciting new products.
With a boutique edge, Cellar Wines is an unmissable destination for wine and food lovers, filled with carefully curated, high end wines, champagnes, spirits and deli produce.

With over a 100 years of experience Cellar Wines offers wine tasting evenings, supper clubs and pop-up restaurants, as well as making the Boutique available for Corporate, Private and Celebration events, or even just pop in and enjoy one of our delicious glasses of wine with one of our lovely cheeseboards!
